Please be aware that we are still seeing emergency cases and are running on skeleton staff. This means that we may at times struggle to make the specified appointment time. We have done our best to minimise any disruption by giving a half hour consultation window to try and account for this, and we will send you a text message when the vet is ready to see you.
Joining the video consultation is very straightforward, you will receive a web link in your booking confirmation email and you simply follow the link, enter your name where prompted and click 'Join Consultation'.
If you don't have access to video or would rather have the consultation via telephone, please mention this in your booking and the vet will give you a call instead.
When making your booking, you will be asked if you are happy for a student to attend the consultation remotely, similarly to when they are on a placement at the practice. We would be very grateful if you are happy to tick this box, as it provides invaluable experience to veterinary students who aren't able to complete their placements in the current situation.
